After spending my entire life as an insomniac/vampire type of person, I'm now actually attempting to form a regular sleep cycle. I guess this all a part of growing up and being an adult but .... bleh. It's really not for me. I know it's good for my health but I still find myself worrying about everything that I'm missing while getting my three or four hours of sleep.
When I was like in the fourth grade (I think it was), my teacher had the entire class write out a schedule of everything that we did during the day. She told us that we had to include 8 hours of school and 8 hours of sleep, which basically only left us with 8 hours of free time. That totally freaked me out and, from that day on, I've always tried to get by on as little sleep as possible.
Well, I'm going to try to take better care of myself and I guess that means getting a good night's rest. Still, it's always going to bother me that there are people awake and doing stuff on the other side while I'm asleep. What if they do something before I get a chance to do it first?
