It's a nice day. Yes, it's hot but it's not unbearably hot. It no longer feels as if the Earth is about to plunge into the sun and that's the important thing. I'm working from the office today but we don't have anyone scheduled to come in so this is a good time to practice my pen-flipping and move around all the pictures on the walls. It's also a good time to watch some of the retro channels and enjoy some mindless 80s fun.

This year is starting to feel a lot better to me.
