Over the course of the past week, I did a pretty good job avoiding the 24-hour news cycle and it did relax me quite a bit. However, I still feel like I didn't quite succeed as well as I would have liked. A lot of that was Joe Biden's fault, for popping up every other a day at a press conference. It seems kind of silly to me that a President can interrupt programming whenever he feels like it, especially when the President is an annoying old man.

So, I'm going to try again this upcoming week. Reportedly, Gloom and Doom Joe is on vacation so maybe I'll make it this time!
