.... and I'm okay with that!
All day today, I've been seeing people talking about GameStop and the stock market and Reddit and I honestly have no idea what's going on with it. I do own some stock that's been given to me over the past couple of years, though none of it is in GameStop. The only time I ever go inside a GameStop is whenever Christmas or someone's birthday is approaching and I need to get a gift. Every time that I have gone inside of a GameStop, I've felt a little bit uncomfortable. First off, the other customers always seem to be freaked out by a girl daring to enter their private sanctum. Secondly, the employees are always super aggressive about trying to get you to buy extra stuff. Two Christmases ago, I actually had to tell the clerk that I wasn't into gaming and that I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about and he just gave me the saddest look! Broke my heart.
That said, the Stock Market just confuses the hell out of me and I try not to give it too much thought. I let others deal with it while I watch movies. That's worked out pretty well for me in the past and I think that's what I'll keep doing.
You don't have to be an expert on everything. Just focus on what makes you happy.
